Volelybrawl is a outdoor grass volleyball tournament and festival. VB promotes friendly competition and provides a fun and exciting atmosphere in order to strengthen the volleyball community.
Volleybrawl's grungy aesthetic helps to set the rugged atmosphere of grass volleyball while the bright color scheme and bold typography help to promote the social aspects of the tournament. Volleybrawl sets itself apart from other tournaments due to the Volleybrawl App. The app lets players create their own personal profile in order to view team statistics, keep track of the game schedule and meet and socialize with other players.
Each team has their own court page which shows the teams in which they will be playing, the game schedule and the wins and loses. Players receive notifications when it is time for them to play so they will never miss a game.
Outdoor volleyball is a lot more relaxed than indoor volleyball. Players ref each others games and help to keep score. The Volleybrawl App helps players by alerting them when it is time to work a game.
Since most outdoor volleyball tournaments play using side out scoring, the app has a slide bar in order to keep track of which team is earning points at any given time. A rule book is easily accessible if there are any disputes over a call made by the working team. The app keeps track of the total number of points and alerts the score keeper when it is time to switch sides of the court. |
